French Onion Soup

Ingredients
30g butter
1 tbsp oil
4 onions, sliced
80g plain flour
1/4 cup red wine
1500ml water
2 chicken stocks cubes
Methods
- Heat butter and oil in large saucepan. Add sliced onions and cook till brown and soft.
- Add flour, stir and mix well with onions. Add red wine and (water and chicken stocks cube), stir constantly over medium heat.
- Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
