Stir Fry Iceberg Lettuce with Fish Cake

Ingredients
1 medium sized iceberg lettuce, cut
1 fish cake, sliced
4 cloves garlic, diced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
salt and sugar to taste
1 tbsp cornflour + water
Methods
- Heat up oil in wok. Add in garlic. Stir fry till fragrant.
- Add in fish cake. Stir for a minute. Add in iceberg lettuce and the rest of seasoning.
- Add in 2 tbsp water. Stir well for a minute or two minute.
- Stir in cornflour mixture. Dish up when the gravy thicken. Serve hot.
