- Blanch pork belly in boiling water till cooked. Dish and drained.
- Heat up oil, saute garlic and shallots until aromatic. Add in chili padi, curry leaves and stir fry until aromatic.
- Add in seasoning and stir well. Add in pork, simmer for 20 minutes and stir well. Dish up and serve with rice.
