Four Angle Beans with Ginger and Dried Shrimps

1 packet four angle beans, sliced
1 tbsp dried shrimps, cleaned and diced
2 tbsp ginger, sliced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Shao Xing wine
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
adequate water

  1. Saute ginger and dried shrimps till fragrant. Add in four angle beans and water and rest of seasonings. Dish up when four angle is soft or you can dish it up earlier if you preferred crunchy texture.
