Stir Fry Long Beans with Carrot

400g long beans, cut into 2 inch length
1 carrot, sliced length wise
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
adequate water

  1. Saute garlic with oil till fragrant. Add in long beans, carrot and seasonings and water. Add some cornflour solution to thicken the sauce.
  2. Dish up and serve hot.
