Stir Fry Long Beans with Carrot

400g long beans, cut into 2 inch length
1 carrot, sliced length wise
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
adequate water
Methods
- Saute garlic with oil till fragrant. Add in long beans, carrot and seasonings and water. Add some cornflour solution to thicken the sauce.
- Dish up and serve hot.
