Steamed Pomfret with Pork Belly and Ginger

1 pomfret
2 tbsp ginger, sliced
2 tbsp pork belly, sliced
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 cup broth (2 tsp chicken stock+water)
1/2 tsp cornflour (for cornflour solution)
pepper to taste
coriander leaves for garnishing

  1. Steamed fish for 5minutes. Pour away the fishy water after steaming
  2. Heat oil in wok. Stir fry pork belly, ginger till fragrant. Add in fish sauce, broth, cornflour solution and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the gravy on fish. Steamed for another 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
