Steamed Pomfret with Pork Belly and Ginger

Ingredients
1 pomfret
2 tbsp ginger, sliced
2 tbsp pork belly, sliced
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 cup broth (2 tsp chicken stock+water)
1/2 tsp cornflour (for cornflour solution)
pepper to taste
coriander leaves for garnishing
Methods
- Steamed fish for 5minutes. Pour away the fishy water after steaming
- Heat oil in wok. Stir fry pork belly, ginger till fragrant. Add in fish sauce, broth, cornflour solution and pepper to taste.
- Pour the gravy on fish. Steamed for another 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
