Home Style Cabbage with Fish Cake

Cabbage was one of my favourite vegetables since small coz of the sweetness of them. Simple to prepare and it taste good. A must have on my plate since I was small.


2 tbsp oil
1 pcs fish cake, sliced
1 tsp garlic, chopped
2 tbsp anchovies
200 g cabbage, cleaned and shredded
1 carrot, shredded
2 stalks of spring onion, cut into 3 cm length


1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
dash of sesame oil and pepper
3 tbsp water

  1. Heat up oil, add in chopped garlic and anchovies and stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add in fish cake, cabbage, carrot, seasoning and stir-fry at high heat until well mixed.
  3. Add in spring onion and stir well.
  4. Dish up and serve.
