Fu Chuk Yee Mai (Barley with Beancurd)

Dessert time over the weekend. Since nowadays the weather are extremely hot, drinking barley would be good since it has cooling effect. Chinese love to boiled barley and rock sugar as drinks. Since it was suppose to be a dessert for us, I had added candied winter melon, beancurd sheets and eggs too. This type of dessert is called 'Fu Chuk Yee Mai' in chinese. We can actually add ginkgo and lotus seed as well.
