Stir-fried Bok Choy with Ginger and Garlic

Ingredients
1 bundle Baby Bok Choy
1 inch sized ginger, shredded
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
dash of sesame oil
dash of sesame oil
Methods
- Heat wok and add oil. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry till aromatic.
- Add the Bok Choy. Stir in the soy sauce, sugar, and salt, and stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute.
- Add the water, cover the wok and simmer for about 2 minutes. Stir in the sesame oil and serve.
