Tuesday, September 8, 2009
Pea sprouts or oftenly called Dou Miao. I get to know this vegetable few years back. This vegetable is one of the frequently ordered stir-fry vege dishes that we ate when we were eating out in the Chinese 'Dai Chou' places. One of the commonly cooking method for them will be simple stir-fry with garlic. So for tonight dinner, I tried to be more adventurous with them - by using belacan. Result - it was similar to stir-fried kangkung with belacan. Yummy!
